Please note this page is only to be used for members of the 2025 EPFC Futures Squad to pay their final squad fees.
Instructions:
- Create an account (if you haven’t already) or Log in.
- Search for Preseason Fees and click “Checkout”.
- Fill out player’s details in the Player Details field. *Please note that if the account was made under another name (e.g. parent), you will need to delete these details and replace with the player’s information.
- Proceed to Payment.
Final Squad Fee Inclusions:
- EPFC Polo
- EPFC Playing Shorts (Home & Away)
- EPFC Playing Socks
- EPFC Player Membership
- General Program Access – facilities, equipment, events, services, coaching etc.
